Tasting notes

Colour: clear golden yellow with an elegant shimmer.

Nose: expressive aromas of exotic fruits such as pineapple and passion fruit, complemented by ripe peach, subtle hazelnut notes, toast, and a hint of vanilla from the oak aging.

Palate: full and creamy with a beautiful balance between ripe fruit, freshness, and minerality. The oak aging adds extra depth and a soft texture, while the chalky soil provides refined tension and a slightly saline finish.

Rich, creamy, and gastronomic with fresh acidity and elegant minerality.

Aged in oak barrels (élevé en fût de chêne).

The rolling hills of the Mâconnais benefit from excellent sun exposure and chalky soils, resulting in Chardonnay with ripe fruit, tension, and minerality.
