Tasting Notes
Color: clear straw yellow with light green reflections.
Nose: fresh aromas of citrus, yellow apple, peach and tropical fruit, supported by subtle spicy notes and a refined minerality.
Palate: lively and elegant with fresh acidity, ripe fruit and a beautiful minerality. The wine finishes with a pleasant, slightly bitter note, typical of Passerina.
Structure
Fresh, fruity and mineral with a beautiful balance between fruit, acidity and salinity.
Aging
In stainless steel tanks followed by a short bottle aging period.
Aging & Potential
Ideal for drinking young. Enjoy up to approximately 3-4 years after harvest.

Vineyard
Sourced from own vineyards in Morro d'Oro and Notaresco in the province of Teramo, Abruzzo.
Soil
Clay-rich soils with good water retention and excellent conditions for aromatic white grapes.
Terroir
The vineyards are located at approximately 300 meters above sea level with a southern exposure. The influence of both the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines provides warm days and cool nights, which promotes the freshness and aromatic intensity of the grapes.
Cultivation & Method
- Own vineyards
- Single Guyot pruning system
- Manual harvest in the second half of September
- Gentle pressing
- Temperature-controlled fermentation for approximately 12 days at 17°C
- Aging in stainless steel
- Short bottle aging for extra harmony
Producer
Fattoria Giuseppe Savini is among the most respected wine producers in Abruzzo. This family business combines traditional grape varieties with modern winemaking techniques, producing wines that reflect the authenticity of the region.
The vineyards are located between the Adriatic Sea and the Gran Sasso massif, where the unique microclimate ensures optimal ripening and preservation of freshness. The focus is on quality, terroir, and the preservation of local grape varieties such as Passerina, Pecorino, and Montepulciano.
