Tasting notes
Colour: bright straw yellow with light green reflections.
Nose: refined and fruity bouquet with aromas of white flowers, aromatic herbs, green apple, ripe pear, and subtle citrus nuances.
Taste: fresh, elegant, and balanced with lively acidity and a beautiful length. The wine combines ripe white fruit with mineral accents and a characteristic light almond note on the finish.
Structure
Fresh, refined, and drinkable with a beautiful balance between fruit, minerality, and elegance.
Aging
In stainless steel tanks followed by a short bottle aging.
Aging & Potential
Developed to drink young, but retains its freshness and character for 2 to 4 years after harvest.

Vineyard
From own vineyards in Morro d'Oro and Notaresco in the province of Teramo, Abruzzo.
Soil
Calcareous clay soils that provide structure, freshness, and refined minerality.
Terroir
The vineyards are located at about 300 meters altitude with a south to southeast exposure. The combination of the Adriatic Sea, sunny days, and cool nights ensures optimal ripening and preservation of freshness in the grapes.
Cultivation & Working method
- Own vineyards
- Single cordon pruning system
- Harvest in the second half of September
- Gentle pressing
- Temperature-controlled fermentation for 10–15 days at 15°C
- Aging in stainless steel tanks
- Short bottle aging for extra harmony

Fattoria Giuseppe Savini is one of the most respected wineries in Abruzzo. The family business combines modern winemaking techniques with respect for local traditions and grape varieties.
