Tasting notes
Colour: a clear, light straw-yellow colour with green reflections that highlight the wine's freshness and youthfulness.
Nose: expressive and aromatic notes of green gooseberry, lime, fresh green apple and a subtle hint of cassis leaf. Mineral nuances and light notes of white flowers and freshly cut grass add extra depth.
Taste: a crisp and lively attack with a fresh and fruity style. Citrus aromas of grapefruit and lime dominate, followed by notes of white currant and a slight hint of unripe mango. The minerality provides elegance and length, with a fresh and clean finish with a subtle saline character.

A fresh, mineral and elegant wine with a medium body and an excellent balance between acidity and fruit.
