Tasting notes

Colour: a clear, light golden colour with a refined mousse and an elegant shimmer.

Nose: an aromatic bouquet of dried fruit, combined with notes of spices, citrus and white fruit.

Taste: a round and fresh attack with a refined and complex character. Floral aromas develop into notes of ripe fruit and dried white flowers. The beautiful minerality of the Chardonnay ensures a long and elegant finish, where freshness and ripeness are perfectly balanced.

Aged for 5 years in the cellar for extra complexity, depth and refinement.
