Tasting Notes

Nose: notes of honey and gingerbread.

Taste: a soft start, followed by a complex aromatic palate that highlights the aging of this cuvée. Notes of honey are combined with aromas of forest floor. A slight freshness in the finish ensures a long and elegant finale.

The body of this champagne makes it suitable as an aperitif, but also as an accompaniment to a meal. It pairs effortlessly with fish dishes and white meat.

For half of the plots: hard limestone with a stony subsoil.
The other half: clay-limestone soil and marl.
