Color: a deep rosé color with a vibrant sheen, obtained by the saignée method, where the must remains in contact with the skins for extra color and concentration.

Nose: expressive and fruity aromas of cherry, redcurrant and a subtle hint of grapefruit.

Palate: a full and generous attack with a fresh and fruity character. The saignée technique provides a unique aromatic concentration and structure. Red fruit notes clearly emerge on the palate, with a fresh and elegant finish and good length.

Aging

Aged for 3 years in the cellar for extra complexity and balance.

Food pairing

A true gastronomic champagne that is excellent as an aperitif, but also perfectly combines with desserts such as fruit salad or strawberry dishes.
