Description
The Naveran Método Tradicional Brut Espécial is an elegant and organic cava from the heart of the Penedès. Made according to the traditional method and aged for a minimum of 24 months in the bottle, this cava offers an impressive combination of freshness, complexity, and finesse.
In the glass, it shows a light golden yellow color with a refined mousse. The nose opens with aromas of apple, pear, and white blossoms, followed by subtle notes of brioche and almond. On the palate, the cava is fresh, dry, and creamy with a beautiful balance between fruit and vibrant acidity.
This Brut Espécial demonstrates why Naveran is considered one of the benchmark producers of quality cava from the Penedès.
Producer
Caves Naveran is among the most respected family wineries in the Penedès. The history of the estate dates back to 1901, while the modern winery was founded in 1984 by Michel Gillieron Parellada.
The estate boasts over 100 hectares of its own vineyards around Torrelavit and operates entirely organically. All grapes are hand-harvested and exclusively from their own plots. This complete control over production allows Naveran to produce cavas of exceptional quality and consistency.
In the gastronomy of Barcelona and beyond, Naveran's cavas are considered a benchmark within their price range thanks to their combination of elegance, terroir expression, and excellent value for money.
