Tasting notes
Color: intense cherry red with garnet reflections, bright and elegant.
Nose: very refined and complex bouquet with aromas of ripe black fruit such as blueberries and dried plums, combined with notes of black pepper, clove, cedar, cocoa, toffee and subtle mineral accents of flint.
Palate: a soft and velvety attack that develops into a full, round and powerful wine with great depth. The wine is rich and fleshy, with perfectly integrated tannins, refined spiciness and an impressive freshness that provides balance. The long, intense finish lingers with spicy and oak-aged nuances.
Structure
Powerful, full-bodied and complex with silky tannins, high concentration and an exceptionally long finish.
Aging
