Tasting notes
Colour: bright raspberry pink to light salmon pink with a lively and fresh appearance.
Nose: inviting and fruity with distinct aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, and juicy watermelon, complemented by subtle floral and tropical nuances.
Palate: smooth, fruity, and refreshing with notes of strawberry, raspberry, cherry, and ripe tropical fruit. The soft, velvety structure is beautifully balanced by fresh acidity. The finish is clean, soft, and refreshing with a pleasant balance between fruity sweetness and freshness.
Style
Modern, fruity, and accessible with plenty of freshness and a distinct red fruit character. A versatile Rosé Port that is excellent served chilled and is particularly suitable as a base for refreshing cocktails.
Maturation
After short contact with the grape skins, fermentation takes place at a low temperature to optimally preserve the fresh and delicate fruit aromas.
The Port then matures for approximately 6 months in stainless steel tanks, maintaining its youthful and vibrant character without the influence of wood.
Maturation & Potential
Developed to be drunk young and fresh. The bottle does not need to be decanted.
Keep refrigerated after opening and preferably consume within 4 to 6 weeks.
